Savay Sam Eaton

At 62 years of age, Savay passed away on April 6, 2023 at home in Rochester, Minnesota. She was born in the province of Battambang, Cambodia. She and her immediate family have lived in Rochester since 1986.

Savay worked for the Mayo Clinic for more than 20 years. She loved to watch comedy movies and especially loved video calls with her siblings on the weekend.

She is survived by her three children; Samuel, Shiobhan, and Dain Eaton. She also is survived by her three grandchildren through her daughter-in-law, Sareth Am Eaton. Most of her sibling reside in Rhode Island with her surviving father, San Yon.

The funeral service will be held from 2:00 -5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023 in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home.
