Condolences
The family of Phyllis M. Berndt has received the following condolences.
God knows what we are going through and cares about happens to us. He comforts us in the most difficult of times. He is always there for when we need him the most. He is a God of love who not only comforts us but promises to end all suffering."he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed." (Revelation 21:4) Not only will he end our suffering and death but he promises, "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."(John 5:28,29) He will bring our loved ones back to life. Such a wonderful promise from God "who cannot lie" (Titus 1:2) It is so comforting to know that soon we can make new memories with our loved ones.
Dan and Sandy, please accept our sincere condoloences for your loss. It is difficult to lose your mother no matter what her age is, or yours. Our thoughts are with you as you go through these stages that are never easy. With warm thoughts and hugs,

Dear Friends,
I am unable to attend the Memorial Service on Monday, but I want to let you know that I wish to express my condolences to all of you. Phyllis was a very good school supporter both as a parent and as a fellow worker in the school system. She made many contributions to society and did a fine job of that too. With sincere sympathy, Mr. Zimmerman

It was my pleasure to work with Phyllis in the Rochester school district. Phyllis was a can-do person that had the respect of all who worked with her. Phyllis gained her experience at the Kellogg Jr. High school and then became the Director of the School District Food Services Program. A wonderful person who will be missed by all that knew her.
