Peter Mac Tricker
The Memorial Service for Peter Tricker will be at 11:00AM, Thursday, May 29, 2014 in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral with the Rev. Scott Jorgenson officiating. Visitation will be 5:00pm – 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 in the River Park Chapel and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Military Honors will be provided by American Legion Post 92 after the service.
Peter Mac Tricker, 73, of Rochester, died Sunday, May 25, 2014 at St. Marys Hospital.
Pete was born on July 5, 1940 in St. Paul, MN. He was a 1958 graduate of Shattuck Military Academy in Faribault, MN. He enlisted and served in the U.S. Air Force from 1959 to 1963. In December of 1959, he married the love of his life, Mary Anderson. Together, they had three beautiful children.
Pete worked at GT Scheldahl from 1963 to 1965 and then joined IBM in Rochester. He retired in 1992.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; daughter, Peggy (Chuck LaVigne) of Denver, CO, sons; Michael of Thornton, CO and Bryan (Shannon) of Madison, WI. He is also survived by a brother, Scott (Sandy) of Nisswa, MN.
He was a wonderful husband, father, brother and friend and will be truly missed.

With great sadness, Scott informed us of Peter's passing. We wish our condolences to Mary, Peggy, Michael and Brian (Shannon). Our friendship with Peter and his entire family go back to Grade School in St. Paul Minnesota. We went to Richards Gordon Grade School and became close friends. We have many fond memories of our shared family gatherings and special events.
