Condolences

The family of Peter Kuno Meyer has received the following condolences.

I was one of his supervisors at the USPS. He was a good employee and a great guy. My condolences to his friends and family.

I am so sorry for your loss.  I am Joans sister Nina, and she has taken such pride and pleasure in helping Pete during the past 3 years, and saddened her deeply when she had to take a step back from helping Pete, to take care of her own brother.   She is really going to miss spending time Pete, as will I on her behalf.  Thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Nina

(Joan's sister)

So sorry we never got together again after we separated that day in Des Moines. We'll meet again. Smooth sailing mate

Peter was the brother of one of my classmates and lifelong friend, Marge.  I saw him a couple of years ago when Marge stayed with me and I took her to connect with Pete.  I know that he had many health problems and I imagine him finally beyond that pain and now rejoicing with Marge and their parents in heaven. Eternal rest, Pete.

Sending condolences to family. I knew Peter, having grown up in Stacyville,Iowa. He was a friend of my brother, Gene Rauen. He asked me to the Junior/Senior Prom in my Junior year when he was a Senior. I remember him as being very kind and friendly young man. RIP, Peter.

May you rest in peace uncle Pete. Many a great Christmas and holiday season spent with you and your sister, aunt Marge, and her family.
