Pamela J. Langton

Pamela Jane Langton , 50, of Austin, MN, died Thursday, August 10,2023. She was born August 6, 1973 in Rochester, MN to Harold and Gloria Langton.

Pam lived most of her life in Rochester and moved to Austin, MN in November 2022. She attended Rochester public schools and graduated from John Marshall High School in 1994. Pam worked for several years at ABC. She enjoyed taking trips to different places. One of her favorite trips was to Disney World. She loved Mickey Mouse. Pam liked watching movies and doing crafts. She would light up when given presents to open. She enjoyed eating out and loved her Coke and coffee.

She will be dearly missed by family, friends, and her staff people that took such good care of her. We would like to thank the entire staff at the REM home in Austin, MN for the exceptional care and love they gave Pam. Also, thank you to the medical staff in the ICU in Austin for the great care she received, especially “Alexa,” her nurse. She was exceptional.

Survivors include Pam’s father and stepmother, Harold and Jennie Langton; mother, Gloria Newell; sister Kathy (John) Klavetter; brother John (Stefanie) Langton; stepsisters Stephanie, Morgan, and Audra Smalley and stepbrother Lee Skjervem; nephews Nick (Jessa) Langton, Brady Klavetter, Grayson Langton; niece Jessie (Matt) Naatz; and several other step nieces, nephews. Also, great nieces and nephews and several aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her infant niece, Gretchen Klavetter, an aunt Cindy Langton, and both her maternal and paternal grandparents.
