Michelle Mary Larson

Michelle Mary Larson, 57, passed away Friday, April 16th in Minneapolis after a short illness.  She was born in Rochester on March 3, 1963 to Earl B. Larson and RoseMary A (Ziegler) Larson.

Michelle graduated from John Marshall High School where she was in Marching Band and a majorette.  She continued her education, graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Stout in Menomonie, WI.  Her degrees were in Merchandising and Business Management.  Michelle’s whole working career was in Retail Merchandising.  She also taught Water Aerobics for 23 years.

She is survived by her mother, RoseMary; brother Mark of Minneapolis; long-time friend David Gunwall of Bloomington, and many relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father Earl in 2008; all grandparents; and many uncles and aunts.

Per Michelle’s wishes and Covid-19 restrictions this weekend a small, private family prayer service will be held by her graveside at Calvary Cemetery in Rochester with Father Russ Scepaniak of St. Pius X presiding.

We are remembering Michelle with contributions to a charity of the donor’s choice.
