Cheryl and Family

Jean and I send condolences to you and your family on the passing of your brother.

Although Jean and I never met your brother he sounds like he was a wonderful guy, and I would have liked the chance to meet him and to discuss cars with him.

Our best to you, John, Dave, and Nancy in this trying time.

Jim (and Jean)

My deepest sympathy to Lynn’s family. It was a pleasure to work with Lynn if only for a short time in the Minnesota Lake Office. He was a good, wise man and I/we sure enjoyed his stories and our visits.

Sad to hear of his passing.

Gods speed Lynn.

Kris McGregor

I had the privilege of working with Lynn when he was the officer at the Minnesota Lake Bank. The short time that he was there (1 Year} made a great impression on me  for how he made everyone feel importance at the bank and the customer. One customer he had a good relationship with and I learned a lot about the Vietnam service that they were both in and made me realized what military men had to live through. Sorry I missed his service in Rochester but I just heard today (12/9/20) of his death.

My prays  are with you, for your Father was a wonderful guy!

My heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May your hearts be filled with the wonderful memories of joyfull times. I especially remember Lynn from all the family get togethers. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Lynn at Commerce Bank in Geneva MN  from August 2019 to the present.   He made work so enjoyable, you wanted to come to work every day.   I was his loan assistant so we worked closely on a daily basis.  He had so many stories of his childhood with his parents and siblings.  Especially when his mother passed away.   He talked about his children, grand-children, Vietnam, his Corvette and all to dogs he had in his life.   It was so fun to visit and share stories about our lives.   All the customers at the bank loved him also.  He always stayed calm and polite.   He did so much for us here in Geneva we could not Thank him enough.  I feel fortunate to have had him in my life.  I will never forget him.  You all hang on to the Happy Memories as no one can take them away from you.  God Bless!

Our heart is broken for Lynn’s kids and grandkids, brothers and sisters.  This is such a difficult time to lose your loved one.  We have many great memories with your mom and dad through the years.  He leaves a great legacy through the lives of his family.

With the deepest sadness, I wanted to say to Lynn’s family how sorry I am to hear of the passing of Lynn. I lived next door to Lynn in Stewartville, and he was the best neighbor. I also was his hairstylist for awhile.
He was always so helpful answering any first time homeowner questions I had. I used to babysit his flowers when he would go out of town. He would snow-blow my driveway before I bought my own snowblower. I always told him he had the “Cadillac” of snowblowers compared to mine. I had a very old, rusty and very heavy snowblower, but it got the job done.
I remember going in his garage and being so impressed with how clean and organized it was. His cars were just as well taken care of as his garage.

I always enjoyed visiting with Lynn. He liked to talked about his kids and his dog when they were little, and you could tell that he missed those days. He got a kick out of my little dog and my daughter and seeing them must have brought back a lot of memories for him.

I moved to Florida with my family 4 years ago, and about a year ago I sent Lynn a postcard saying that I would stop by and say hi next time I’m back in town. I’m so sad that I won’t get to see him again to say hi. I’m so grateful that I had him for a neighbor.

Thank you for letting me share some of the fun memories I have of Lynn.
