Linda Marie Dee
Linda Marie Dee, age 65, of Rosemount, MN, passed away on June 3, 2016 at her residence under hospice care.
Linda was born January 3, 1951 in Rochester, Minnesota to John and Helen (Cassidy) Dee. She graduated from Lourdes High School in 1969. Following high school she attended St. Theresa’s College in Winona and graduated in 1973 as a Registered Nurse. She moved to San Diego, California following graduation and did nursing care at Scripps Hospital. She was married to Bob Peters and later divorced. In 1981 she moved back to the Twin Cities area and worked for Abbott Northwestern Hospital retiring in 2014.
Linda enjoyed reading, traveling, fishing, camping and the outdoors.
Linda is survived by a son Andrew Peters of Rosemount; four brothers, Mike (Pat) Dee of West Concord, Joseph (Linda) Dee of Rochester, Tim (Mary) Dee of Wabasha and Jerry (Karen) Dee of Byron. She is preceded in death by her parents.
A Memorial Mass will be at 11:00AM, Friday, June 17 2016 at Resurrection Catholic Church with the Rev. Shawn Haremza officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at St. Bridget’s Cemetery in Simpson, Minnesota.
Memorials are suggested to Allina Health Hospice.

I will always remember Linda's smile. She was always positive to both her coworkers and patients; she had a special gift to brighten everyone's day.
It was a great honor to know her, work with her and laugh with her.
