The funeral service for Kevin John Clark will be 11:00 am Monday, November 14, 2016 in River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Woodward officiating. Burial will be in the Grandview Memorial Gardens in Rochester. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home on Monday.
Mr. Clark, 60 of Hastings, formerly of Rochester, died Wednesday, November 9, 2016 of pneumonia at United Hospital in St. Paul, MN with his loving family gathered around him. Kevin was born December 22, 1955 in Rochester to John and Sylvia (Vandeputte) Clark.
Kevin graduated from John Marshall High School in 1974, He graduated in 1990 from Rochester Technical School and then worked in facilities maintenance. Kevin loved playing music, visiting parks and driving the back roads of Minnesota, traveling adventures with his mother and taking cruises with his family.
Survivors include his mother Sylvia Clark, siblings; Virginia “Ginny” (Peter) Campbell of Duluth, Denny (Peg) of Rochester, Brad (Richele) of White Bear Lake, Lori (Marlin) Keck of Rochester, Kathy (Jeff) Martinson of Rochester; eight nieces and nephews, Jennifer, John, Nick, Marcela, Katelyn, Sam, Aaron, and Abby. He was preceded in death by his father, John, who died February 15, 2012.
The Clark family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the New Challenges, Inc. staff for their loving care.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Kevin’s family to establish a memorial in his name.
