Dear Shirley and Family: It is with both a grieving and also a grateful heart that I write this. Since the phone call Christmas morning I have been sad and also grateful for the time spent with Kenny. He was a guide for my spiritual journey as I am sure, countless others. I told him that I was put on earth for Kenny to learn patience and tolerance. Even though we didn't talk as often as when we both lived in Rochester, I knew he was just a phone call away. His wisdom was great, but more importantly there was, as Maggie so eloquently put it, "The first man she had met with unconditional love." Kenny loved all the ragmuffin misfits from Third Avenue, myself included. Today at a meeting I repeated some of Kenny's knowledge, to pass on so Kenny will be remembered by even the people who have never met him. I will miss the Thursday nights at Bilotties, and all the 5:30s that we shared. But most importantly I will miss Kenny's humor and riddles. Many times I went to him for an answer only to be answered with a riddle. Sue and I both had a good cry on Christmas morning. Until we meet again Kenny, have a safe journey and I hope to see you later. God Bless from The Entire Kranz Family for my kids and grandchildren were helped by Kenny, they just don't know it.
Dear Shirley and family members. We are so sorry to hear about our very good friend Ken. We will truly miss Ken .
Time at the lake will not be the same without Ken's big smile and jokes. We always looked forward to seeing Ken and Shirley every Memorial Day weekend, and during the many weeks of the summer. Lunch every Sunday at Sparkling Waters was a real treat with Ken and Shirley. A vey dear friend Ken was and IS. A friend like Ken is always with us.
Our Prayers are with Ken and Shirley and their entire family and friends. May God Bless all of Ken and Shirley's Family.
Thank you. Ken
