Condolences

The family of Kathleen M. Ford has received the following condolences.

Hello, I am so sorry that I could not come and so sorry Kathy passed. She is with everyone she loves and most happy now. I send my love to all of you. Please keep in touch. I will try and get everyone's phone numbers and addresses at a later date. Love to all, Carmen

As Program Coordinator of Kathy's group home, we miss her terribly. I was always greeted with a big smile and a Hello from her every morning when I arrived to work. She was very kind to the residents who lived here and was always willing to help out with the them to make sure they all had what they needed for the day before she would leave for ProAct.

We are very sorry for your loss Bob and family.

I am so sorry for your loss Boby and family Hugs and I know how hard it is but she is with God. Love you and you family Hugs ♥️?

As her Case Coordinator, I didn't always get to see Kathy each day when she came for her classes, but I always enjoyed when she was around when I popped by to visit her classes. Kathy would always ask me how I was and share what she was working on that morning and what classes she was scheduled to attend for the day. There was always an extra touch of joy and excitement when her class was exercising to Richard Simmons. Kathy was certainly not shy when it came to her interest exercise and being active and to this day I don't think I've ever had an individual as passionate about participating in active classes as she was. I always knew when it was the day for "Pamper your Nails' class because I would get that gentle knock at the door I knew to be Kathy's and when I answered she would be waiting, hands stretched out, ready to show off her freshly painted nails while asking if I liked them (always painted her favorite color purple of course, which always matched her favorite purple hoody she liked wearing).

Though she was only with us a ProAct for a short time, she brought her own special energy and enthusiasm with her each day and will be greatly missed by all of her friends and staff here at ProAct.
