Florence Kathryn Quinn

Florence K. Quinn, 96, of Rochester, MN passed away on October 3, 2021 at Cottagewood Senior Living in Rochester.  Florence was born on September 26, 1925 to James and Phebie (Pew) Glackin in Jackson, MN.

Florence was married to Kenneth Quinn and later divorced.  She is survived by her children Marlene (Glenn) Berg, Larry Quinn and Mary Quinn; grandchildren Zeke (Dana) Berg, Arica (Melvin II) Jackson, Mandy (Luke Predmore) Quinn, Ashley (Jason) Kothenbeutel, Angie (Kevin) Smoot, Michael Quinn, and Mariah House; sister, Mary (Jim) Grime; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son Brian Quinn; grandchild Stephen Quinn; sisters Evelyn Smith and Hazel Maxson; brothers Robert and Lawrence Glackin.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, October 7, 2021 at the River Park Chapel, Macken Funeral Home with Rev. Luis Vargus officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to Heartland Hospice of Rochester.

What a great lady and Daycare Mom, I will be forever grateful for the care she gave my two girls, Jessica and Jennifer- she will be forever in our hearts and greatly missed. Our deepest sympathies to the family she leaves behind.
