She grew up on the family farm in Lanesboro and was the oldest of three girls (twin sisters Vienna and Vivian).
Evie loved bowling, participating in leagues in Rochester, Preston and Rushford and also traveled to Las Vegas for tournaments. She loved her cats and loved feeding the birds, especially her hummingbirds and the many other animals she raised and nurtured. Throughout her life she also loved to camp, bike, play darts (especially with Charlie), pool league, play slots at the casinos and many other games. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and all her family. She loved to cook family meals and bake for everyone and play games with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Evie graduated from Lanesboro High School in 1951. She was united in marriage to Everett Ardell Williams on May 6, 1953. They moved to Fort Carson Colorado and then back to Minnesota and started their business K-9 Kennels in 1960 in Rochester. After Everett’s death in 1983 she continued to live in Rochester until she married Charlie Larson in 1988 and moved back to Lanesboro.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Everett and Charlie, siblings Vienna and Vivian and special friend Dewey Hungerholt.
She is survived by her children Dan (Jane) Williams, Mike (Wendy Leuth) Williams, Kevin (Kris) Williams and Brenda (Kevin) Seisler, 12 grandchildren Cally, Kyle, Shauna, Alicia, Kagan, Sarah, Zachary, Mackenzie, Drew, Colton, Skylee and Taris and 15 great-grandchildren.

Evil was a sweet kind soul. I met her when I visited my mother at CVCC..we became fast friends, and she reminded me of my Gramma Nietz who I loved so much.
I will miss her smiling face and her quick wit...oh and her "spunk"!
She always told me she loved me and I KNOW she did, as I loved her to bits!!
Fly high Evie..
You will always have a special place in my heart..
Rest peacefully dear lady..

Deepest sympathies to my cousins Dan, Michael, Kevin, Brenda and your families. Evelyn was a great Aunt and I will miss her giggle, sense of humor and her great fashion style!
It’s with deepest regrets I will not be able to celebrate her life with you/Williams Family on Saturday….you are in my prayers and thoughts as you celebrate a life well lived. I will always cherish my memories of her and uncle Everett’s hospitality being at the K-9 Kennels.
Love ❤️ to you all - Pam (Williams) Flitter
To my lovely family: Evelyn was a joy as an aunt! Her laughter definitely let you know where she was and always brought a smile to my face. She loved so many and, you knew, it was with her whole heart. Always quick with a hug and uplifting words. I’m sure Brenda (Bernie) is well aware of my all-time favorite memory of Evelyn and us the evening of Aunt Majorie’s funeral. :) Knowing that she lived a full, happy life is the most comforting of all!
Much love from Arizona!
