Condolences
The family of Delores “Dee Dee” Van Der Heyden has received the following condolences.
Our condolences to Dee Dee's family and friends. We loved Dee Dee! She was definitely an angel on Earth. She included people in her space that were in need of a friend when others weren't welcoming. Dee Dee was a warm person who hugged and smiled and held hands and prayed with her special friends. She made our sister's time at The Moments much more enjoyable in her last months (passed in June), and for that, we will be forever grateful for Dee Dee being in Patti's life.
Dee Dee was a very kind hearted woman who loved her family and treated everyone like they were family with a warm hug every time she seen you. I have a lot of fond memories of Dee Dee including meeting at Perkins at the same time as her and Roger, She invited us to sit and have dinner with them and we had the greatest conversation. Rest well Dee Dee you left us all with great memories.
Dee Dee was a bright light in my day everyday at the moments. She made me laugh, gave me good advice, and she was always willing to do activities with me, no matter what it was. I will miss Dee’s sense of humor and laughter. I’m so glad I got to know you, Dee Dee.
