Condolences

The family of Daniel Joseph Pyfferoen has received the following condolences.

I miss you Dan. Our children and I will love you forever

This condolence is to ALL who loved Dan. The world has tilted a bit at the loss but heaven has moved a notch into place because of their gain of him. I truly feel honored that he chose me as his best girl friend, although I wasn't so sure at first with that wild hair do and hillbilly ways. I have to admit that in the beginning like you all when I seen Dan coming I braced myself because I too was privy of hours of listening to every pre- divorce detail. Finally I said Dan lets go for a ride(separate motorcycles) Thank God, change of scenery did him good and shut him up, about that subject anyway. The only thing is while riding I would hear this annoying buzzing sound. I looked back and it's Dan on his bike, sounded like a Mosquito, hence the Mosquito was born and much mosquito bantering for years that was so much fun. I am so grateful for all the breakfasts and late nite suppers and talks in the shop. My time with Dan will always be cherished as they are now like yours....memories. He has left a smile on my face and in my heart(between tears) and like you, I will always love you Dan...................Your Whitefeather

Ann and Family,

We are so sorry to hear of Dan's passing.  I'm sure he's up in heaven driving the machine of his dreams.  You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Bill and Katie Levenick

I am very sorry for your loss. My prayers will continue for Daniel and family throughout this difficult time.

I was looking this up for my grandfather ( Joesph Pyffereon), he was informing me that a relitive had passed away recently in Minnesota. Being he has no computer, I thought I would find out for him. Now Finding out the information, I can inform him. He was not sure of the persons or person. He is almost 90 years old, from Cazenovia Wisconsin.  I'm sure he will explain the whole family details of Daniels relitives to me. Our condolences  to the family. May prayers be with you all.

Please be encouraged:

Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs( God's memory) will his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life..

John 5:28,29

Dear Pyfferoen Family:  Please know that Dan was such a wonderful gift to our family. Dad (Richard Badger) truly depended and trusted Dan with his knowledge and ability to take such good care of Dad's farm land - and of course he LOVED their visits . . . It was my honor to know him.  Rest in peace Dan.

Beverly (Badger) Delisle and Badger Family

The loss of a loved one is a very sad and heavy load to bare. May you find comfort at Acts 24:15 "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Dear Ann, Mary and Ruth,

Our Sincere Sympathy at the passing of your brother, Dan.  Please know that our prayers and thoughts are with you at this time of loss. Keep your memories close to your hearts.

Sorry to hear about Dan's death. Such a senseless death. Dan will be in our prayers.

Love

Mike and Barbara Pyfferoen

Too many wonderful memories to count with Hamebone and the kids! Always lots of laughter and never a dull moment! I know he is in heaven with big Glenn and Mike  ..... I have a feeling that heaving just got a little  more interesting. You will truly be missed.

To the Pyfferoen Family,

I have only know Hambone a few short years, unlike many of you and my fiancé, Ken, who have known him most of your lives.  His life was cut way too short on that New Year’s Eve night but the Hambone stories will live forever.

Ken and I were blessed to have seen him and spend some time with him on December 31, 2016 in the late afternoon and talked with him into the early evening and as always with the visit from Hambone you can count on lots of laughter.  He got to see the deer eat the pumpkins right by our house and was amazed, he talked about his family, and where he was off to next to complete the night.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you in the time to come…..may God wrap his arms around each and every one of you and give you comfort that you will need in the coming days.  Cherish the memories that Hambone has given each and every one of you too for they will comfort you and ease the pain of your loss in time to come.

God Bless - Mary Madson & Ken Bourquin

Dear Mrs. Pyfferoen, Pat, Mary and family,

Please accept my sincere sympathy and prayers for Dan and your loss. I understand what it is like to loose a sibling. I can only hope

that all good memories will help carry you through this time of great grief.  May God bless you.

Barb Pehler-Williams

May Gods Light shine upon the family as you go through this trying time.

I will Dan and seeing him out at his shop.  He always had time to talk and joke with folks.  This has taken me by shock and it is so senseless that we lose such a great guy.  I prayer that the family will be able to forgive the young man that did this.  I prayer that they will remember Dan and all the good things he did.  We will all miss Dan in our own way.

Thanks Dan for being in our lives.

Bill Taylor

Dearest Pyfferoen Family,

Thank you for raising and sharing your wonderful son with the world. Dan came into our lives to help us reclaim a farm, and he stayed in our hearts with his laughter, friendship, honesty and dedication. Dan was an amazing problem solver, and seemed to have an uncanny  understanding about the land, foundations, structures, and how everything was connected. He was also a great teacher and loved to share stories of his latest and greatest episodes (usually with a great deal of humor thrown in).

I remember working beside him while retrofitting an old dairy barn into a horse barn. He suggested taking out a wall and extending the stalls right into the old milking parlor. If he could get a bobcat in there, he could bust out the old concrete, and take the wall out. I never even thought of doing that, but it sure made sense. "Let me think about it" I said.  The next morning, I awoke to the sound of a chain saw. By the time I got dressed and ran to the barn, he had made a hole in the wall large enough to get his bobcat in. So, we went with his plan. And, like so many of his projects, it was the best plan.

I will miss his smile, his insight and opinions, his hilarious stories, his infectious laugh, his ability to fix anything, but most of all... his friendship. Our hearts are with you and your family at this time of loss. We will remember Hambone with great affection and admiration.

Dan and Jane Williams

Our hearts are heavy with the news. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Dan will truly be missed.

-Jeff, Sharon, Shannon, and Ryan Strain

So sorry to read about the loss of your brother.  Our condolences to you and your entire family at this difficult time.

Our deepest sympathies to the Pyfferoen family. We will miss his blue truck driving by in a hurry. The world will miss his humor...always laughing and a friend to every one. Our whole family will miss him!

There are so many Hambone stories and they are all filled with his great laugh. In much younger years, we chased stray cattle in the dark - always to much laughter.

In the warmer weather I knew when he would be driving by my house (almost daily) finishing his work for the day- the distinctive whine of his truck when he was coming up the road, followed by honking.

He will be missed.

Jean

To the entire Pyfferoen family, you have my deepest sympathy.  Dan was truly a great guy.

I remember Hambone from high school and used to think he was a little rough around the edges.  As time went on and I got to know him better, I realized how down to earth he really was.  I met up with him recently at The Home Depot and we had a great visit He always had time to stop and chat.  He never acted like he was better than anyone else.  Our chat really made my day when I think back to his toothy grin and deep laughter.

I pray the Lord comforts all of you in this time of sorrow.  Until we once again meet up with Dan, I hope you can try to remember all the good times we had with him here on this earth.

Sincerely, Al Hartleip and the Hartleip family.

I learned of the passing of Dan earlier today. I want to extend my most sincere and heartfelt sorrow and sympathy to all of the Pyfferoen family. I grew up with hambone back in the 70's and 80's.  We had lots of fun riding motorcycles, snowmobiles, goin to the races at Kasson + many others fond memories such as browns barn, Dillons resort and on and on.  Dan was brilliant at farming. trucking. excavating & I am so proud to have known him. We grew up in a simpler time with no cell phones or computers and hambone could fix anything and was such a go getter + he did it in a happy go lucky fashion all his own. This is a sad day. I wish I could have said goodbye to him...Carl

To Dan's family, Joel, Julia and White feather. So sorry for your loss. We are sharing your grief at Dan's passing.

Dan was such a great guy and helped out here on the farm so many times. He was a hard worker and such a gifted problem solver and was always a good time. Always up beat and ready for a challenge. Rain or shine, cold or hot weather.

We will miss Dan and his countless visits, sitting at our table chatting and laughing. We feel fortunate to have known him. May your memories bring you comfort at this sad time.

Larry and Becky Stevens

The last time I talked to hambone  he had just dug up a frozen waterline on the coldest day of this winter, -23 degrees  .His coveralls had gotten soaked early on and he found this annoying  because it they were frozen stiff and that made it hard to move which slowed him down . This is a tiny glimpse of how unstoppable he was .If  not for Dan I would be freezing in my old house at this minute , instead of my new one that he mostly made come together because ,he knew so much and he really wanted to help people . He laughed more and harder then anyone I've ever known  I'll remember that forever .  My thoughts will be with his family and friends .   John Donovan

My condolences to the family of Hambone.

Hambone;  We sure had some good laugh's back in the day. You will be missed.

Betty and family, we are so sorry to hear of your loss. Having been through it we know how difficult it is to loose a child. But I'm sure when they are taken suddenly it is much worse. Just know that God is right there by each of you and HE will get you through this.

So sorry for your loss - such a talented man with such a gift for having so many friends.

Our deepest condolences to the Pyfferoen family on the loss of Dan. May God's love and strength comfort your family during this very difficult time.  Thoughts and prayers are with you all. (Hjellming Family)

My condolences to the family and friends of Dan. It has been a lifetime ago since I last saw him. I will remember him most for his boisterous laughter and mischievous nature.

"A person that leaves this earth is never truly gone, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us they live on." My condolences are with you all in this dark time of great loss. I cannot express words of how difficult this must be for you all. May the prayers of others reach you and offer relief. I will keep you in my daily prayers!

-Greg and Ang

Dear Julia.....I am unable to take away the grief and sorrow you are going through due to the sudden and tragic death of your father.   I sure wish I could do that for you.  My prayers and thoughts will continue to be around you and your family as you make this journey to his resting place.

As my 11 year old daughter said during her nightly prayers since Sunday....Mom, I want God to bless your friend and her family because her Dad died and that is so sad.

May God's Blessings be with you, your brother and the entire Pyfferoen family.

hugs, Barb Breza

Our deepest condolences,  thoughts and prayers to you on your loss.  We were deeply saddened when we were called with the news.  Hambone was a person that didn't even have to say anything, just him approaching you put a smile on your face.  His smile was brilliant , his laugh was contagious.   Charlie is never without a "Hambone story" that can make a roomful of people laugh til they were out of breath.  We were truly blessed to call him our friend.  I hope you can find some comfort knowing he truly touched so many people in so many ways, he will be missed.

Sleep in Peace with the Angels Hambone.

Pyfferoen Family:

We are so very saddened at the loss of Dan. We are keeping you all in our prayers. God bless all of you and may he keep you in his loving hands.

John and Jennifer (Lorentz) Hoehn

I am so sorry for your loss. I graduated high school with Hambone. He was always so kind to me and had that smile of his that I will always remember. I was fortunate to see Hambone at our 40th class reunion this past summer and so enjoyed my conversation with Hambone and he still had that smile that I loved. Taken way too early from this earth; he will be missed and remembered. Condolences to all of the family. Sheri Krueger (Trygstad)

Our deepest condolences to the entire Pyfferoen family. Dan (Hambone) was such a wonderful person. The world will not be the same without his presence. We were all blessed to have known him.

Sincerely,

Julie and David Watson

We were so sorry to hear about Dan. So many memories of Dan. He will always bring a smile when I think of him. Dan was the guy you could take a trip with anywhere. If you had car trouble and Dan had some wire, a screwdriver, and a pliers, it would be fixed. He was an honest, hard working man, with a heart of gold. I don't think I've ever known anyone who moved that much when they laughed. Dan got a kick out of just laughing. Hambone, was for sure, one of a kind. He will be missed by many and never forgotten. Rest In Peace my friend.

Betty and family,

We are saddened to hear of Dan's death. It is always hard but when it is so sudden, it is especially difficult. We want you all know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. May God hold you all in his peace and love. ??

Sincerely,

John and Mary Bartlett
