She makes 4 Erdman Hillcrest employees passing on this past year, they are gathering together. Wishes to the family of a Great Lady.

Skip and Family,

Read about your Mom yesterday.  Tried to call, but Couldn't locate your number.  Wanted to send my sincere Condolesences.  I got to know her or about her several years ago.  I lived in the same building as Bob and Isabelle Ellson at Silver Lake Apartments and later a few buildings down from Isabelle.  She thought a lot of your Mom and talked about her quite often.  At that time, I think your Mom was still driving over to see Isabelle., so maybe 10 years ago.  I would be attending her funeral service, but I am out in Colorado now.  I have been here for about 1 1/2 years moving closer to my son, after a stroke.

I just wanted you to know that I am keep in you all in my thoughts and prayers.  Your Mom was a special lady.

We first met Clara when she worked at Erdman's grocery store.  Her delightful smile and welcoming spirit always made us feel "at home."  We learned that she made lefse and she began making it for our family for more than 30 years.  It was the highlight of our holidays and we relished going to her home to smell the baking!  Clara was always so kind to us and we appreciated her immensely.  She will be missed, but we are forever grateful that we were able to know her and share in her countless gifts!  Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time...such a beautiful angel.
