Carol & Family,
My heart goes out to all of you with deep and sincere sympathy on the loss of Bill. As you know I worked in the patrol office during all but the very earliest of Bill's career. He was not only an excellent trooper on the road but was a super trooper in life as well. He will not be forgotten.

My dear friend, Carol, and family,
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss of Bill. I hold all of you in my thoughts and prayers now. Take care of yourselves and lean on each other.
I'm so sorry for your loss. When my dad (Bob March) was alive he and Bill were close. Bill helped our family when my dad was going thru his cancer in Rochester. Gloria and Bob remember him well. I was that much younger and don't remember staying with him when we visited my dad in Rochester. I will be thinking of all of you during this sad time. My prayers & thoughts are with you.
Very sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathies.
Mr V, I loved listening to some of your Law Enforcement and Golf Stories every time I came home on leave or on vacation! Thank you for being one of my adopted dads! I’ll never forget get and Carol sitting on the hill and in the stands at everyone of your kids sporting events! Sitting in that recliner watching golf almost every Sunday when I came to your house! You had a great influence on my life! Thank you for your toughness on us and for being such an awesome friend and a adopted father! RIP n Love ya Mr V.
Your family has my sympathy for the loss of your husband, father and brother.
My connection to Bill is first cousin. I grew up next door to where Bill grew up. I am 7 years younger than Bill and for that reason Bill was a great role model for me. I followed him and his friends around and I am sure was a real pain in the neck to him. My brother Jim was only two years younger so they always had more in common. As an adult we didn't have much contact but saw each other maybe once a year. We always knew we were cousins and recognized that bond.
One thing I did know is that the family was proud of Bill and had much love for him. May God continue to Bless Bill's memory.
What an honor not only to know Bill for most of my adult life, but a privilege to be a part of care team in his final days. He was a very special person who will be missed dearly by so many people. My thoughts are prayers are with you all during this challenging time.
God Bless,
Pam Volk
