Condolence to the Family of Arnold Mork,
There are few experiences more difficult than the loss of a loved one. Having endured such a loss, I find comfort in knowing death was not God’s purpose for mankind and his purpose has not changed.
God’s word is clear, “He will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more....The former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:4) Further, recorded at Isaiah 26:19, “Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, you residents in the dust!....And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life”. The restoration of life is guaranteed!
As you know, Jesus not only spoke of the coming resurrection (John 5:21, 28, 29), he himself was resurrected by his Father and performed many miracles including resurrections. All such miraculous events took place on earth giving us a precious glimpse of what is to come.......seeing our loved ones again! (Acts 24:15)
May Jehovah God continue to bless your family during this difficult time and in the days ahead as you cherish the many fond memories of Mr. Mork......
God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There should be no more pain, for the former things have passed away. Revelation 21:4
