Anita Marie Caso

The funeral mass for Anita Marie Caso will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Rochester, Minnesota with the Rev. Paul E. Nelson officiating.  Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio at a later date.  Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the church.

Mrs. Caso, 71, of Rochester, Minnesota, died Friday, October 29, 2010 at Seasons Hospice, Rochester, Minnesota from complications of pulmonary fibrosis.

Anita was born March 24, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio to William James Atkins and Catherine Elizabeth Dunn.

On February 13, 1982, Anita married George Caso at St. Patrick’s Church (West Park) in Cleveland, Ohio.  George later passed away on December 22, 1996.

Anita lived in Pomeroy, Brunswick, Cleveland and North Olmsted, all in Ohio and ended her days in Rochester, Minnesota.

She was a professional business woman working in banking, manufacturing and law.  Anita was an active member at St. Patrick’s and the Drama Club in her earlier years.

Survivors include her sister, Margee (Chuck) Jacobson of Rochester, MN, three nieces, four nephews and their spouses and children.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sisters.

Memorials to Paws and Claws, Seasons Hospice or Habitat For Humanity are preferred.
