Andrew Thomas Frick, 40, of Rochester, MN, passed away on July 14, 2025, at The Mayo Clinic, St. Marys Hospital.
Born in La Crosse, WI, Andrew was a 2003 graduate of John Marshall High School in Rochester. He attended the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and later graduated from Winona State University, where he studied marketing and computer information systems.
Andrew held various roles throughout his career, including working in IT at The Mayo Clinic, working as a data systems specialist at Croell, Inc., and most recently worked in sales for H&H Construction. He also contributed his skills to Doc’s Recovery House in Rochester, where he was deeply involved in supporting others on their recovery journey.
Andrew was a man of many talents and interests. He enjoyed playing the guitar, as well as woodworking, working on cars, riding his motorcycle, and playing video games. He loved playing cards—especially poker—and was always willing to lend a hand, whether that meant fixing a computer, tuning up a car, or building a website for a cause he cared about.
Known for his intelligence, kindness, and wit, Andrew was a loyal friend and a natural leader in his community. He also leaves behind many extended family members and close friends who will miss him dearly.
