Allen Richard Wileman, age 73, of Rochester, passed away on June 15, 2010 at home, surrounded by his loving family following a four-year illness with Melanoma. Allen was born on December 29, 1936 in Rochester. He attended Rochester High School and graduated in 1954.  He enlisted in the US Navy and spent four years in the Pacific Fleet. On July 18, 1959 he married his high school sweetheart, Carlene Anderson.

The family made their home in Rochester, and Allen retired after 34 years at IBM. Allen spent numerous years coaching Rochester Youth Hockey, and was an avid fan of all Rochester hockey events. He enjoyed spending time at the family lake-home and loved golf, fishing, and especially watching his grandchildren play sports. He is survived by two children: Tammy (Randy) Kittleson and Todd (Connie) Wileman both of Rochester, a sister: Connie Larson of Edina, and grandchildren: Corey and Kyle Kittleson, and Kalene, Christopher, Ethan and Jenna Wileman. He is preceded in death by his wife Carlene, and his mother and father, Hazel and Carl Wileman.
