Condolences
The family of Lawrence “Spud” Tomforde has received the following condolences.
Pal, Flip, Larry and Libby,
I am sorry i could not be there with you to reminisce on what a fantastic life Spud lived. Because we lived there so long we all, but particularly Cate, were able to get to know him in a special way. The fact that Cate and 2 of our children made to RST says something about how much we thought of him, how much we liked him.
I won't make it tomorrow but i will go to Mass at 11:35 tomorrow at Chapel 2 at fort Bliss - I will say a prayer for him for him and all of you.
Gob Bless

I have fond memories of Spud from when I was young when Spud and my dad, Larry Robarge, played golf together. Spud was a great guy. My deepest sympathy to the family.
So sorry to hear of Spud's passing. I'll always remember him and my grandpa cracking jokes together! His family and friends are in my prayers.
