Robbie and family!  This is Stub!  We are  so sorry and surprised to hear about your Dad. He was such a special man , friend , and coworker. We had many talks about you kids and all sorts of things. I enjoyed your Dad and was so glad to have him as my friend. Nancy and I waited for his phone calls. It was  so cute, he always said I don’t want to bother you!    I hope he knew we enjoyed our visits.  He was a very special man and you guys were so lucky to have him as your Dad.

Charlie aka Tuna what a guy you were a very kind soul to say the least. We had fun with Rusty, Dennis, you and others at the 3 rd. Ave grocery store. I will always remember you, my friend.  They do not make them like you anymore. Dave.

Charlie was a great guy!  Our family spent a lot of time together as we were growing up at our grandparents home in Rochester. As adults, Charlie and I got together once in a while, just to visit and catch up. He was one of the funniest men I knew, and he had such quick wit and humor. He always had a smart comment to most statements made. He always had me laughing. I haven’t seen him for a few years, but I will always remember the laughter and fun. He brought to  our Laack/Stilwell family. His love and his pride for Robby and Ace was always present if you were ever in a conversation with him. Gone too soon. Rest in peace, cousin Charlie.

Where do I start , so many years of wonderful memories, so many laughs shared so many life experiences so many talks .Charlie was one of a kind, always a joke to be told, always a smile on his face always time to visit, and always his devotion to his kids and grandkids he loved talking about them and singing there praises , I kind of suspect when Gabriel opened the gate for Charlie there was along conversation until Gabriel  finally said “just come inThere are folks waiting for you. " i hope you know how blessed you are to have him for a Dad I am blessed to call him a lifetime friend.
