Tricia L. Curtin

Tricia L. Curtin of Rochester peacefully went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 7, 2024 at Marcella Manor Senior Living due to ALS and dementia.

Tricia was born August 22, 1974 in Rochester, MN. Tricia graduated from John Marshall High School in 1994. After high school, Tricia went on to work at IBM, ABC, PossAbilities and Wal*Mart.

Tricia enjoyed traveling with her family. Some of her favorite trips were to Disney World, visiting the beach, and Jellystone Campground. Tricia loved the water and spent many hours swimming, boating, and fishing. Tricia loved spending time with her family and friends and was always up for an adventure. Some of Tricia’s favorite things were talking about the weather and making her favorite meal, chili. Tricia was able to make friends everywhere she went. Her friendly smile and fun personality stayed with her, even as her illness progressed.

Tricia is survived by her parents, Dale and Leigh Ann Curtin of Rochester; sister Chris (Jeff) Sanvik of Winona; brother Jeff (Amy) Curtin of Rochester; sister Beth Curtin of Rochester, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Richard and Evelyn Curtin and maternal grandparents, Robert and Louella Lentz.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024 in the Timothy Chapel at Autumn Ridge Church in Rochester, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Autumn Ridge Church. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Eyota, MN.

We would like to give a special thanks to the staff and residents at Marcella Manor Senior Living in Rochester for the wonderful care and love they showed to Tricia. We would also like to thank St. Croix Hospice for the care and attention they provided to Tricia.

Hello,

My name is Heather and I was Tricia’s friend from high school. I graduated a year behind her. I was very sad to hear of her passing. I used to ride the city bus (#8) with her and I enjoyed sitting near her and talking. She was a great friend and I will miss her very much.

Love, Heather
