I was sorry to learn of Emily’s passing.  I remember her as a fifth grader at St. Francis.  She had a lot of spunk and was full of life. She loved to talk.

I regret I am unable to attend her celebration of life.  You will be in my thoughts and prayers. May God give you the strength you need at this time and May Emily be in the gentle arms of God.

Awwww  "Em"...we are saddened and shocked.  We will miss you at whatever gathering we are at where you would add your commentary and make us laugh.  We loved getting your gander up (putting it mildly) over the Packers vs Vikings discussions.  You always got the last word (because we let you!).  You always "told it like it was", no holds barred, "put it out there" and always had a good jab.  Crack some jokes with Ed, say hi to Judy, laugh with grandma Daly, tell Aunt Betty how we all think about her.  We will miss you girl, so please watch over all of us ok?  Please let your mom & dad know your "ok and free now"and that you're protecting them from above.  We love you Em.

Oh Emily ~

You and Gillian were in the same St. Francis Jr. High Spanish class together (along with many otherr classes). I don't know who talked more ~ you or her. You were both spirited, talkative and mildly naughty, which I loved. Gillian ended up getting the midquarter that should have gone to you for talking too much. Your parents probably got hers.

Rest in peace. You were a wonderful student. I hope you are at least singing something. I shall have to lower your grade if you're not.
