Family Fale 🖤

I know this is a condolences book, but I will use it as my last message to the aunt that loved to get me worked up.

There's so much that can be said, so much that may have been left unsaid. It all boils down to two things - family is the most important thing in life and we don't express our love enough to each other when we're alive. Tetka, you were loved and still are loved - by your children, grandchild, Mirso, my mom and the rest of us.

Despite your illness, those of us who knew you saw sparks of your personality come through even through the worst of it. One mention of something you didn't like and your face changed. Yesterday, during your funeral I imagined what you would have said how you would have acted and it brought a smile to my face, to my mom's face...It dawned on me that one of the blessings of having you in our lives was that we didn't have ever wonder what you thought. You always told us. Verbally or otherwise. So as a way of remembering you and honoring your life we can be more like you in that regard - we can say the things that need to be said (maybe less bluntly than you would have done 😂😂)

Tetka, you will be missed. You will be remembered and you've always been and will be loved. Yesterday my mom told me really funny story about you. So, as my last act of love (by making you a little mad--because you wouldn't want it any other way) I hope they got you some angel wings in Heaven. I know how much you'd love that...

To my beautiful sister, rest in peace. You will always be in my heart and my mind as long as I'm alive. Love you  forever 💔💔💔  your Marina

Iskreno saucesce porodici Ljiljane koja ce ostati u nasim srcima, sjecanjima i mislima zauvjek.

Ljiljana was the most outspoken, charismatic and sassiest person you’d ever know! She was the light of my life and the love of my dad’s life. Her smile could light up any room and you know it would be a good day if she was laughing. Even after she was diagnosed, her personality would always shine through.

My perfect, beautiful mama, I miss you so, so much. You meant the world to me and to Tata and so, so many of us. Hvala sto si bilo moj mama i ja tebe volim najvese na svjetu. Nemoj brinit za nas i pocivaj u miru.
