Kylie Ann Welch
Kylie Ann Welch, infant daughter of Elizabeth Welch and Austin Fisher, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester, MN.
Survivors include her mother, Elizabeth Welch of Zumbrota, MN; her father, Austin Fisher of Cannon Falls, MN; grandparents, Don and Casey Bradford of Zumbrota, MN, Carl and Jessica Welch of Wyatt, MO, and Michael and Carla Fisher of Cannon Falls, MN. Other survivors include many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Jonathan Ray Welch.
A private memorial service will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens on Monday, June 24, 2019.

I’m very sorry to read the passing of your beloved Kylie. Please accept my sincere condolences. I have personally felt comforted by the promise made by God of bringing back to life those who sleep in death (1 Thes. 4:14). So be assured that you’ll be able to hug, kiss and talk to Kylie again. She will come back into an Earth free of suffering, sickness and anything that causes us to shed tears of pain (Rev. 21:4). This hope is both sure and firm because Jehovah God cannot lie (Heb. 6:18; Titus 1:2). Is my sincere desire that you can also find comfort in this words during this difficult time for you.
