Francis “Fran” W. Clark

The Memorial Mass for Francis “Fran” Clark will be at 11:00AM, Tuesday, May 24 at
St. Pius X Catholic Church with the Rev. Paul E. Nelson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Francis, age 85, died May 13, 2016 at Seasons Hospice in Rochester.

Fran graduated from Chosen Valley High School in Chatfield in 1949, followed by three years in the military. On April 4, 1959, he married Jane Clark and lived in Rochester where he worked for the City of Rochester Department of Public Services Office for 38 years.

Survivors include his wife Jane; two sons, Dave (LaDawn) of Sauk Rapids, MN and Steve (Christine) of Cimarron, NM; sister and brother-in-law Betty (Bob) Wilson; and two nephews; Kim and Kerry of the Dexter area. He was especially proud of his five beautiful grandchildren, Lindsay, Sydney, Ellie, Samantha and Aubrey.

Fran lived for his family and enjoyed many happy times with them. Family vacations, traveling and a few golf outings were his interests.

A heartfelt thanks to all of his caregivers at Olmsted Medical Center, St. Marys Hospital, and especially Seasons Hospice. Memorials are preferred to St. Pius Renovation Fund or donors choice.
