Juanita May Larek

The funeral Mass for Juanita May Larek will be at 10:30am on Monday November 23, 2015 at the River Park Chapel, Macken Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Nelson officiating.  Burial will be in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.  A visitation will be from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday afternoon and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the River Park Chapel, Macken Funeral Home.

Mrs. Larek, age 93, of Rochester passed away at St. Marys Hospital on November 15, 2015.  She was born on May 3, 1922 in Milwaukee, WI to Maximillian and Jennie (Rozmanowski) Kantak.

Survivors include her husband Thaddeus Larek of Rochester; children Lawrence “Larry” (Christine) of Laguna Beach, CA, Carol (Douglas) McKune of Sylvan Lake, MI, Gregory Larek of Rochester, MN, Michael Larek of Rochester; one sister in law, Lorraine Kunath of Waterford, WI; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her daughter Linda Larek; two sisters and three brothers.
