Condolences

The family of Vivian L. Finley has received the following condolences.

If I had the power to turn back the clock,

Go back to that house at the end of the block

The house that was HOME when I was a kid,

I know that I'd love it more now than I did.

If I could be back there at my mother's knee,

And hear once again all the things she told me,

I'd listen as I never listened before,

For she knew so well just what life had in store.

And all the advice my dad used to give,

His voice I'll remember as long as I live;

But it didn't seem really important then;

What I'd give just to live it all over again.

And what I'd give the chance I once had,

To do so much more for my mother and dad;

To give them more joy and a little less pain;

A little more sunshine----a little less rain.

But the years roll on and we cannot go back,

Whether we were born in a mansion or born in a shack;

But we can start right now--in the hour that's here,

To do something more for the ones we hold dear.

And since time in its flight is traveling so fast;

Let's not spend it regretting that which is past;

But let's make tomorrow a happier day

By doing our "good to others"  TODAY.

I know I told you always, how much I loved you;

But this is for all the times, that I couldn't be there.

What I would give to see your smile just one more time.

Until we see each other again.

Love you MOM

I would like to express my deepest heartfelt loss at this time to the family. I at one time and still do consider myself as part of the family. I was part of the family for almost 6 years, being married to Jeff Finley , son of Vivian, we share a daughter together, Chenoa Bree Finley. i could never have ever asked for a better mother in law. She was great with her children and grandchildren always had the biggest heart and will be sadly missed. May you rest in peace..

Sue

We were so sorry to hear about the loss of you Mother. I wanted to share this with you as you shared with me! A Mother's memories will live on in your for heart forever and remember:

Your mother is always with you.
She’s the whisper of the leaves as you walk down the street.
She’s the smell of certain foods that simmer in your kitchen, or the flowers you pick.
She’s the fragrance of life itself.
She’s the breath in the air on a cold winter’s day, or the sound of the rain that falls
against your window.
Your mother lives inside your laughter, your chuckles when something seems funny.
She is crisp Christmas morning, isicles hanging from the roof.
Nothing on earth can seperate you from her, not time, not space, and not even death.

Our sympathy and prayers are with you and your family.

So sorry for your loss. You all are in prayers
