Duane Robinson, age 81, of Rochester MN, passed away in the comfort of family, friends, and those who cared for him at 6:00pm Sunday evening at Maple Manor Care Center. Duane was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia approximately 5 years ago,

Duane was born January 25^th, 1934 in Rochester MN, he will be remembered for his witty comments, and the Love and Great Memories he brought his family and friends over the years, Duane and Janet were married August 8, 1956 in Burlington Washington, Served in the Navy for 4 years, worked for Gopher Aviation for 10 years, worked 30 years and retired in 1997 as Chief Engineer for Marigold Dairy, a long term member of Zumbro Lutheran Church, hobbies; Sailing – Lake City, wood working, and  riding motorcycles, and traveling

Survived by Janet Clark his Loving wife, and Best Friend, and his two sons Dennis Robinson (Mary) of Texas and David Robinson (Maria) of Denver and their family’s, Adam Robinson (Nikki) of Boston, Johnathon Siemback of Rochester, Amy Siemback Sullivan (Kevin) of Seattle, Chris Robinson and Kyle Robinson of Denver, Brother Dale Robinson of Rochester, Sister Janet Piens of Rochester, he was preceded in death by Kim Robinson Siemback in 2009,

There will be a memorial service held in River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home, Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 11:00 am  with Rev. Jason Bryan-Wegner officiating. There will be a one hour gathering for people to meet and reflect prior to the 11:00 am service

A memorial fund has been setup for the “Mayo Clinic Program” (Lewy Body Dementia) and “Zumbro Lutheran Church” of Rochester, MN in Memory of Duane Robinson,
