Shelly Anne Clark, 59, of Byron, MN passed away Saturday, October 3, 2020 in the comfort of her home.
Shelly was born August 13, 1961 in Eau Claire, WI to Gerald and Constance (Beaudette) Lund. She graduated from John Marshall High School in 1979. On January 30, 1982 Shelly married Michael “Mickey” Clark at Pax Christi Catholic Church in Rochester, MN. The couple lived in Rochester until 2000 and then moved to Byron.
Shelly dedicated 32 working years to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester where she was most recently a student coordinator for the Mayo Clinic medical students. She was also committed to the family businesses, Clark Concrete and Mickey’s Irish Saloon.
Shelly was happiest when spending time with her grandchildren and dogs. She also loved cooking, camping, watching her sons and grandson race motocross, sewing and crafting.
Shelly is survived by her loving husband, Mickey; two sons, Gerritt (Angie) of Byron, MN and Shane of Rochester, MN; three grandchildren, Andrew, Gracie and Flynn; parents, Butch and Connie; four siblings, Scott Lund, Debbie (Scott) Roepke, Lynda (Adam) Wyse and Kraig (Linda) Lund.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Jim and cherished dogs, Kita, Garcia, Lucky and Rio.
A visitation for Shelly will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home in Rochester, MN. There will be a private funeral service held for family.
Memorials are preferred to the American Stroke Association or the Mayo Clinic Stroke Center. Monetary funds collected by the family will be donated to either one of these causes in support of research and stroke prevention.

I relayed on her when she worked at the desk.She was always very friendly and very efficient.
