Mary Beth Miller

Mary Beth Miller, 71, passed away on August 26, 2021 after a brief illness, surrounded by family and friends. She was born on February 12, 1950 in Wabasha, MN to Richard and Joan (Koch) Miller.

Mary Beth was a dedicated teacher. Her classroom was her world and she loved sharing that world with her students.

She enjoyed having coffee with friends, shopping on QVC, and an occasional trip to the casino. She was a true and loyal friend and will be missed by many.

Mary Beth is survived by sister, Kathy (Dan) Becwar; two brothers, William Miller and Tom (Patty) Miller; along with nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Peter Miller.

The memorial service will be held at 11:00  a.m. on Saturday September 4, 2021 in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home with Rev. John Lasuba officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at  the funeral home. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Seasons Hospice. The family extends a special thank you to the hospice team.

Condolences

The family of Mary Beth Miller has received the following condolences.

Mary Beth loved teaching. She was loved by her peers.  I can't remember her without a smile.  She always had something fun and entertaining to talk about. 


May she rest in peace. 

Mary Beth was a wonderful educator for our daughter at Elton Hills.

Heartfelt condolences. It was a privilege to know Ms. Miller, albeit briefly. Let her good life live in your memories.
