Condolences

The family of Andrew “Drew” P. Lippay has received the following condolences.

To Renee and Family-

It was an honor to have known Drew from visiting  at  Dunn Brothers each week.   I always got a warm smile from him...

He will truly be missed every Wednesday.

Best wishes and prayers are sent your way,

Lynn Wong

  and

Dennis Wong

With Deepest sympathy on the passing of Drew, beloved Husband, Father, and Grandfather.

Drew and Renee have been wonderful neighbors to our family.  They invited us over to a wonderful Sabbath Dinner a few years ago.  When my beloved Mother died in April 2016, Drew took in our mail and paper and watched our house when we flew out to VA to honor my Mom's request that she be buried next to her beloved husband (my Father).  He also did this at my Mother's unveiling in April 2017.  Drew called me the next year, at the time my Mom died, to let me know he was thinking of me and to make sure I was alright.  Drew was one of the kindest men I have ever known.

It was quite a shock when we learned of Drew's Esophageal Cancer Diagnosis, Chemo, Radiation, and Surgery.  Drew was very optimistic, stoic, and never complained.

Drew and Renee loved to visit with their children and grandchildren.

My husband and I had the honor of attending Drew and Renee's 50th Anniversary celebration on December 28, 2018.

It was obvious that Drew and Renee were devoted to each other.

I am grateful that Renee called me to let me know of Drew's passing.

I have been specifically mentioning Drew's name every week at Services for Misheberach (healing prayer).

May Renee, Drew's beloved wife, be comforted.  May his/their children be comforted.

May Drew's memory always be a blessing.

I/we will miss Drew.

With deepest sympathy,

Susan, Kent, and Ari Bailey

Hi Adam & Aletha. I am so sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am so glad we had the privilege of meeting your parents back in the Anderson College days. Praying God's love will comfort you and bring you peace. Love, Bob & Janice
