Dear Tom, Jack, Joanne and entire family of Tasia:

We offer our most sincere sympathy of the loss of Tasia. Our thouoghts and prayers are with all of you. We haven't seen each other for some time, but as neighbors we recall our friendship with the Jostock family. Please know we experience some of you loss in our hearts. May God give you the grace you need at this difficult time.

John and Jen Koop and family

We were so impossibly saddened to hear about the news of Tasia's passing.  She was the teacher of our oldest son, Kadin (4) at EKK for the last 7 months...a short time, but certainly long enough for her to become one of Kadin's favorites.  Although we switched daycares a month ago, I remember when we left Kids Korner on our last day, Tasia stopped me and said, "Kadin can be a stinker, but we love him!"  She was always so patient and kind with him and enjoyed him for the ball of energy that he is. When I told him the sad news today, he said, "I feel so bad for Tasia, but now she's in heaven with Papa!"  We pray for the family that she has left behind and rest in the knowledge that her beautiful soul is in heaven peacefully watching over us all.  May God watch over you all at this most difficult time.

Amy Story,

You and your family are in mine and Earl's prayers. I hope to see you before you go back to California dear.

Love and Prayers,

Erin

Gail and Tom,

So sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I worked with Tasia at EKK the last couple years until I started a new job and I can truly say that I loved every minute of it. She was so fun to be around; the way she laughed at so many things and always had a positive attitude toward everything. I am so glad to have met her and I wish so badly that I could have spent more time with her, as do so many others. Tim, I know more than anything that she loved you with her entire heart. She would always mention your name and her face would light up. To the family, I am so sorry from the bottom of my heart for she should not have left this world so soon. Everybody who had the chance to meet Tasia has been blessed and will miss her dearly.

Tasia's family-  We first met Tasia when our daughter joined EKK 3 years ago and it was clear that Tasia had a way with children that could only be described as a gift.  The peace of mind that came with knowing someone like her was watching our kids is beyond description.  It does not seem fair that her time here was so short, but every minute she spent watching our daughter was a truly a blessing.  We pray for you in this time of grief and hope you take comfort knowing there are countless children that are better because of the time they spent with Tasia.

Gail,

My heart goes out to you and your family during these troubled times.

Jay

Tom .Gail  & Family

I am so sorry for your loss . You are in my thoughts and prayers .May God be with you and your family .

Jack,Joan,Tom and Gail, we were so shocked to hear the sad news. We are thinking of you and you are in our prayers. Ron and Judy

To the family of Tasia:  We knew her as Ms. Tasia.  She had been with my daughter, Leah, for 3 years at Kids Korner, from the infant room to the pre-school room.  My daughter moved up to the preschool room on the same day that Tasia started in that room.  It was such a comfort to know she was with Tasia during the hard transition to the "big kid room."  It's a blessing that the kids are so innocent at this age, as they don't understand the full extent of this loss.  My daughter said she would go visit Ms. Tasia in heaven in one month.  She was a beautiful person, and we will miss her so much.  She was kind and patient, and had such a good heart.  I'm so very sad that my infant son will not get to know her.  I just want all of Tasia's family to know that she affected so many children's lives for the better.  She may be gone, but she has left her mark on our children's lives.  She was too good from this world.  Praying for everyone that knew and loved Ms. Tasia.

We are deeply saddened and in disbelief. We loved Tasia from the moment we brought Josh to Kids Korner almost 5 years ago, she was our family friend since the day we meet. She had a zest for life! We know she is an angel now, watching over all the children she cared for as her own. Josh is sad, we are sad. We miss you Tasia!

May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared comfort you now and in the days ahead.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sean & Nina Story

Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone who knew Tasia.  Our condolences go out to you and yours during this very difficult time.  We love you and are here if you need anything.

Gail, Tom, Tim and all the rest of the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sudden and difficult time for you. Amy always spoke so highly of Tasia and the brief times that I saw her she was always so friendly and full of energy and had the best smile. I could tell from her posts on fb how much she loved the work she did with children and how much all of her family meant to her. I'm so sorry for your loss and will be thinking of you all in these very difficult days ahead.

Kris Handke and Jason Mack

Gail & Family-

My deepest sympathy to you and your family Gail.  I've always known how special Tasia was to you and everyone that she crossed paths with.  Everyone always spoke so highly of her.  She will truley be missed.  Please know that you and your family are in my prayers.  I pray that the wonderful memories that you've shared together will help you through this difficult time.

Jules

Jack, JoAnn, Gail and Tom,

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Tasia. Our thoughts and prayers to you all.

Those that knew Tasia were truly blessed. I went to High School with her and unfortunately hadn't kept up with her since I graduated but she will always stand out as the nicest, sweetest girl. It's so sad that she was taken so early, but she was a pure delight in her short time on earth.

My thoughts and prayers are with her close friends and family in this difficult time.

Dearest Tom and Gail - we extend our sincerest condolences on your sudden and tragic loss. I remember Tasia as a tiny girl, and admired her beauty and sweetness, as well as your kindness and love toward her. I pray that God holds you tight and comforts you.

Gail and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. My heart aches for all of you and I pray that you find peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Christine Heitzler

I am so sorry for your loss.  Words cannot express my sympathy to you all.  You have wonderful memories that you can hold near and dear to your heart and you now have a beautiful angel watching over you.  Hugs to you!

Ms. Tasia

Pure joy of life

Dearest Friend:  I loved you so and will miss you beyond words.I am so proud to have called you my friend & what a team we were with our little ones at EKK. You always amazed me with every thing you did. Your strength, love and gift with children. Your compassion for everything that touched your heart. Your love for family and the animals you hold dear to your heart. I will forever hear you and see your beautiful smile! My heart pains for your beloved husband Tim who you said was always your soul mate. Your parents loss must be unbearable. Family meant everything to you & I know they understood this. Watch over us and don't have to much fun with the children & dogs up in heaven....I will see you some day and we will dance and sing again!

I love you Ms. Tasia

Ms. Chrissy

My children grew to know and love Tasia over the years she cared for them so lovingly at Kids Korner, and as the only babysitter my children have known.  They so looked forward to spending time with her, appreciating her attentive and understanding nature.  It was an honor to have her care for them; my daughter Avery, especially, loves her so.  We speak of her often and will never forget the way she has helped shape my children.  I know her sweet nature and love for them will be with them forever.  This is such a great loss and we are just so grateful to have known her.

Tom, Gail & Family

Our hearts ache for all of you. Tasia is a beautiful, intelligent caring person and has blessed us all by being a part of our lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are so saddened to hear about Tasia's unexpected death.  We are at a loss for words, at the moment.

One of our first remembrances of Tasia is coming to our house with you, and going fishing.  She was a little girl at that time.  Over the years we have seen her periodically and watched her grow into a lovely lady.  We also remember seeing her when she worked at Fleet Supply and watched how delicately she handled customers that came through the check out line.

Keeping you in our prayers that God will give you the strength you need during these dark days.

I am so sorry that i have never met my cousin Tashia.  I heard that she was a beautiful, kind, loving and fun person and i am so sadden that i have never had the pleasure to met my own cousin.  I love you.  For someone to die at such a early age is just so unfair but i know that she is in good hands with God. For her parents, Gail, my first cousin, iam so sorry.  Love you.

I met Tasia when she started at Kids Korner. She was working under me as an assistant but to me it was more like we were working together, as a team. I was blessed to be at her beautiful wedding and she babysat for my children. I often visited her after I left working at Kids Korner and when we would see each other, we would just laugh. I love her. I read this book once that was about a women who had died briefly, went to the other side, then came back to talk about it. She talked about how our spirits, before we are born, choose our life and our parents. I see Tasia saying "God, I want to have Tom and Gail be my parents, I want to Marry Tim and have a happy and wonderful life with all those that love me." God would say "Are you sure, Tasia, it is but a brief life you would have." To which Tasia would reply, "I would rather have a short time on earth surrounded by love and happiness than a long life of regret or unhappiness." God would have replied, "Amen."

"To live in hearts we leave behind, is not to die." ~Thomas Campbell

Tim, I pray you feel the love and support of those around you, you're never alone. God bless you and uphold you on your journey through grief. Thinking of you, my friend.

We are so sorry for your loss.  Tasia was a wonderful woman and will be missed greatly.  We are so thankful to have had her in our lives. Thinking of you all.

Tom and Gail,

We were shocked and saddened to hear about your loss of Tasia. We both want you to know we are keeping your in our thoughts. May you find some peace and comfort during this time.

I graduated with Tasia back in 2004, which right now doesn't seem so long ago. I was shocked when I found out, complete disbelief. The world lost her way too soon. She was just so kind and had such an upbeat attitude with a laugh that I'll never forget even though I have not seen her since the day we graduated.

She was someone who was genuinely kind. I don't remember her ever saying anything negative about another person. I have tremendous respect for her and all those who love her.

Tasia, you're in my thoughts and heart.

Words cannot express the deep sympathy I have for all those who lost a part of themselves with her. My heart is with all of you.

With love,
Sophie Rollie (Knetter)

I am very sorry for your loss.  May the Lord be with your friends and family in this time.

Tasia was my student last semester at RCTC.  She was enrolled in my online English course, and although we never met face-to-face, I learned much about Tasia.  She was obviously a remarkable young woman who loved her husband, family, dogs, and the children she worked with so very much.  She was always the first to jump in and help a fellow classmate who had a question.  Please know that you all have countless people who are holding you all in their thoughts and prayers.  May the many wonderful memories that you have bring you peace and comfort in the days to come.

Isaiah says he misses the best teacher but knows that Tasia is his angel now. This is how one 5 year old is dealing with this great loss. I worked with Tasia every day and saw her enjoying every minute she spent with the children at the center. Tim, Gail and Tom you are all in my thoughts and prayers and I promise to help keep memories of Tasia alive in the hearts of those her knew her.

"Zoey is sad" This is how our 3 year old daughter expesses how she feels about not being able to see Tasia. That is a simple statement of how we all feel. Tasia has been Zoeys teacher since the day she started school and she was wonderful to our daughter, we will all miss seeing her every day. All of us our very saddend for your loss, but we will remember what a wonderful impact she had on our family. Our thoughts are with you.

Tom, Tim, and Gail-

I cannot put into words how sorry I am for your loss. Tasia was an AMAZING person, and just her name could sure make Gail smile big and bright. Although we are far away you are always in our thoughts and prayers. May God Bless you in this trying time.
