Rosemary A. Solem

Rosemary Alice Solem, 82 of Rochester, died Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Mayo Clinic Hospital, St. Marys Campus of natural causes.

Rosemary Klemme was born on April 27, 1932 in Waukon Iowa.  She married Tillman Solem who passed away in 1987.

Rosemary was retired employee for ARCON.

She is survived by four children; Tillman Solem, Jr. of Rochester, Larry (Vicki) Solem of Naples, FL, John Solem of Rochester and Vickie (Mark) Jones of St. Michaels, MN; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Tillman, daughter Amelia, son Mark and 5 brothers and sisters.

Rosemary was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She will be dearly missed by all.

A private service for the family is planned.  Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens.

A luncheon will be held for family and friends on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 12:30pm at the Seventh Day Adventist Church,  1100 37th Street NW, Rochester.

Prayers go out to all of the family, I feel like I know you all of you! Every week for years I have done her hair and listen to stories about all of you! From the ones in Florida to the ones in the Cities! From the little great granddaughter that likes to make the lefse to the older grandkids that are successful!!!!! I am going to miss our little talks! you all have my deepest sympathy
