Condolences

The family of Paul A. Tennis has received the following condolences.

I am so sorry to read that Paul passed away. He had both my son and daughter in 5th grade at Hoover Elementary. I know they both enjoyed him as a teacher and I volunteered many, many times in his classroom and on field trips with the class. Take care and once again, I am so sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry to hear about Paul. He was such a wonderful, friendly guy and I loved working with you two.

Paul was my 5th grade teacher back in 1995-1996.  His class was when school really started to become challenging (which I mean in a good way of course) and being one of his students was definitely a valuable experience.  One of the things I most remember about him is when the phone rang while class was in session.  Another girl asked him who it was and his response was, "I just won a million dollars from Reader's Digest and I have to go pick it up."  He said this as if it was a normal, everyday thing.  I've been waiting for the perfect opportunity to repeat this quote to someone else when the phone rings and it's something I'm trying to keep under wraps!

Dear Deb,

I am so sorry about the loss of your husband Paul.I have never met him,but Barb has told me he was a wonderful man.My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.God bless,Cindy Danewick

Dearest Marc,

We were so sorry to hear about the death of your father.  It doesn't seem that many years ago that we were going to basketball games to cheer you on!  Please know that you and the family will be in our thoughts and prayers this week and in the months ahead.  If you are ever in the Aitkin area, please look Gary and I up.

Remember this...The only people who think there's a time limit for grief have never lost a piece of their heart.  Take all the time you need.

With Warmest Regards...

Deb and Gary Clark /Diamond Lake/Aitkin MN

Mr. Tennis was one of my teachers growing up. He was a favorite. I am sorry for your loss. God Bless.

Deb and Rich,

Judy and I are sorry to hear about Paul's passing. He must have fought a courageous battle for some time!

I will always remember Paul as being a fun-loving guy. I remember when I had my paper route, we had to pick up our papers at the office/plant downtown. Paul distributed the papers to each carrier in line. When he could he would figure out a way for me to be towards the front, so I could be on my way on my bike faster.

Our prayers to you

Pete and Judy Highum

Deb,

So sorry to hear of Paul passing. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers during the next difficult weeks and months.
