Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Culp:

I am so sorry to hear of your daughter's passing.

Nothing could be tougher than to lose your child.

My sincere sympathy for your tremendous loss.

John F. Whelan

McKensie was always a bright spot in my day. She was a sweet girl who always had such a positive vibe to her, and it reflected on the people she surrounded herself with. This news saddens me to the core. Never forget the amazing times she shared with you and how she made you feel. Rest easy. You'll be forever missed!

I was so shocked and so sad to read about McKensie in the Post Bulletin.  I was her counselor at Mayo High School and I remember McKensie as a sweet, spunky girl who was ready to take on the world.  I am so sorry for your loss.  My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

shocked to read about McKenzie's passing. Our sympathy to you and your family. May God give you strength in this difficult time!

Today is Friday, August 4th and you have been dealing with so many emotions since the unexpected death of your daughter.  If I was there I would be standing in line with  all of your friends to give each of you a hug, to hold you hand.  I know that the Anderson-Culp family members and friends are there for you and that memories are being shared.  I went onto McKensie's Facebook and watched the video clip of Jill opening Curt's gift of a ring especially for Jill.  I got to see Jill's reaction and to hear McKensie's voice and laugh in the background.  What a great moment that had to be....McKensie got to see how in love her parents still were with each other and were each other's best friend.

Please know that you are in my thoughts....in my prayers.....all of you are!

So sorry ? for your loss. I am thinking ? of you and your family at this time of sorrow.

I am so sorry to learn of Kensie's passing.  I got to know her when I would visit with Joel Earl and children during spring breaks when I used to visit.  Kenzie was such a delight.  She and Sidney (my granddaughter) were so entertaining with their skits, dancing and fun with craft projects.  My prayers are with you all.  Sharon Earl Strange

Our hearts were broken when we heard that Mc Kensie had passed away, we can only imagine the pain your are feeling during this difficult time. Mc Kensie was  a fun child growing up on 36th street. Many fun summers of neiborhood hide and seek. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Jill and Kurt ,

My heart and tears have been with you and your family. Words can not express my sorrow for all of you. I'll always remember our two little girls skating, one blonde and one brown ponytail, fighting their way through hockey games. Kenzie had so much energy and such a beautiful smile. She grew into a beautiful woman who Katrina will miss every day. I am sad I will be unable to attend the funeral, as I will be out of town, my prayers and thoughts will be with you.

Dear Culp Family,

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of McKensie. I never really got to know her that well since daycare ended before she was old enough to even remember us. However, I do have fond memories of the Culp family, Chiara in daycare, and I can only assume the kindness and hospitality that was shown during those treasured memories were passed on down to your most lovely daughter. I'm sure many lives were touched by McKensie, especially with that smile, which she seemed to have gotten from the entire family. I pray that "Culp Family Smile" keeps shining throughout the difficult times ahead as McKensie will, undoubtably, live through the smiles, laughter, and joy she brought to you and will still continue to bring. Much love to you all.

Jill,

i saw the news of your daughter. What a tragedy.  I am so very heavy hearted for you and everyone who knew McKensie. I did not know her but can tell by her sweet picture she was a gem. Another young angel in Gods kingdom. Some day we will understand the wonder. God Bless.

They say we always lose the brightest stars too early.  McKensie was certainly the brightestest of every bright star in every facet and of course, far too young. Although we only got to hang out with McKensie a number of times, her personality, heart and smile made us feel like we we're best of friends from moment one.

To her family, friends and Thomas, our deepest condolences, prayers, thoughts, and love!

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

"The loss is immeasurable, but so is the love left behind". May God's strength see you through. Your beautiful daughter will never be forgotten.

My deepest condolences,

Cris Adams

Linda and Dana Hyberger

The heavens have gained a beautiful angel! Kensie had a beautiful smile, sparkling eyes and a personality to match.  She was a rascal since she was much younger when Brenna babysat her! Always smiling and fun! I pray that Kurt, Jill, Chiara, Thomas and all friends and family members remember the fun memories! When you see the stars in the sky, feel a breeze on your arm, smell a sweet flower or listen to a child laugh Kensie is present! Remembered in love forever! ?

Jill and familyMy thoughts, prayers and hugs to you all !

Alice

Kurt, Jill & Chiara,

NOW WE HAVE ANOTHER ANGEL IN HEAVEN ?  My heart is breaking for all of you.  Kensie's eyes would sparkle when she smiled??  Hugs to all of you. Remember all the "driveway nights"?  So many fun memories?? And Kensie was quite the beautician as well!  She is laughing at that visual???  Luv u all!

When I met Kensie I was 15 years old just transferred to Mayo high school from Des Moines and was so nervous on meeting new friends and fitting in. I joined the kick line team and immediately was accepted and made friends with Kensie and Robin and all of the other teammates. Kensie was never afraid to be herself and embrace others as friends she always made me feel welcomed and loved and I barely realized I just met them that year! She was such a free spirit and always made me laugh. She was so talented in anything she did. I remember watching her in awe at kickline competitions and performances and adored her contagious smile.

I remember one day Robin and I decided to decorate her door and room for her birthday for her to wake up to and how important she was to us and always will be. I remeber sleepovers where we would just laugh and giggle and get into trouble every single time. whatever we did we had a blast. I will never forget her kindness and friendship and free spirit. I moved my junior year in high school back to Minnesota and really never had the chance to reconnect with her or any of my other Rochester friends. But that just tells you how special of a person she really is. After ten years I still remember every memory, every sleepover, and all the laughs. Not everyone has an impact on people the way she did.

God Bless to Kensie and her family and I feel honored to have shared the memories I did.

Jill and family,

My heart and thoughts are with you.  May her light, love, memories, and beautiful spirit surround you during this incredibly difficult time.
