Marcella “Marci” Johnson-Brush & Robert J. Brush

Joint Memorial Service being held for Marcella and Robert Brush on May 13th at 11:00.
Marci and Bob were married on May 10th, 1975 in Albuquerque, NM.  Shortly after, they relocated to Tulsa, OK where they remained until their deaths.
Prior to their marriage Marci had lived in Rochester, MN for almost 20 years working many of them at Donaldsons.  While in Tulsa she obtained her real-estate license and loved selling homes and meeting new people.  She loved tending to her flowers and both her and Bob loved spending time on their boat at the lake.  They especially loved spending time and playing with the grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Marci was born on March 7, 1928 and passed on March 25, 2017.
Marci is survived by a daughter; Sharon Wilson and a son; Ryan (Connie) Weihe both of Rochester, MN ; six grandchildren; Mark (Kirstin) Wilson, Kimberly (Eric) Hawkinson, Jamie (Matthew) Blagg,  Ashley (Todd) Cullen, Jaclyn (Andy) Schulte and Eric (Christine) Weihe and ten great grandchildren; Ingrid, Annika and Greta Wilson, Alexis, Sydney and Sienna Hawkinson and Isabel Blagg,  Benjamin and Maxwell Cullen and Jack Schulte and one sister Averil (Ron) Voth.  She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters and son-in-law Edward Wilson.
Bob was born on November 21, 1921 and passed on June 26, 2016.

He served as a CPL in the US Army Air Forces in World War II.   He graduated from Harvard Business School and became a General Rep for the International Painters Union where he worked until his retirement.  After his retirement he bought, renovated and rented various homes.

Bob is survived by three sons; Gary, Greg and Don, five grandchildren and many great grandchildren.   He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, two brothers and one granddaughter.
The Memorial Service for Bob and Marci will be Saturday, May 13th, 2017 at 11:00am in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home with Pastor Anjanette Bandel officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior.  Burial will take place at Grand View Memorial Gardens following the service.

Though I know that this is a difficult time for you, my hope is that you will be comforted from God's inspired word the Bible.  John 5:28,29 and Revelation 21: 3,4 gives hope of a future resurrection and the complete elimination of death, pain and mourning. Under Jesus' kingdom rule we have this and much more to look forward to. Please accept my deepest condolences.

John 5:28,29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his (Jesus) voice and come out."
