June Anne Jorgensen

June Anne Jorgensen, 59, passed away Friday, August 4, 2017.

June Anne Fieck was born December 22, 1957 to William and Gail. She served in the United States Military until her discharge in 1979.

June married Kenneth Newton and moved to Illinois. Together they had one daughter, Jennifer, and one son, Christopher. June worked as a Dispatcher for the Plano Police Department during this time. Later, June moved back to Minnesota and her and Kenny later divorced.

June lived in Stewartville, Minnesota where she was a manager at the Eastside Village Apartments. She also worked for Olmsted Medical Center and for Shawn Buryska at Coldwell Banker Burnet.

June later met Erick Jorgensen and married. He passed away in 2001. At that time, June was working for Amy Lantz. She later started at Keller Williams in 2004.

June loved animals, drawing, reading, sparkly things, her pets, horses, bright colors, sci-fi movies and, most of all, her grandchildren. She was loyal, hard worker and was always there for others. June rescued many animals, was a wonderful mother, protective of those she loved and was everyone’s rock. Many would have known June by Mama Junebug, Terminator, GI June and Major Mom.

Her wicked sense of humor and quirky personality will be greatly missed.

June is survived by daughter, Jennifer (Todd) Kraft of Grand Meadow, Minnesota; son, Christopher Newton of Stewartville, Minnesota; five grandchildren, Parker, Madison and Morgan Kraft all of Grand Meadow, and Chase and Ashton Newton both of Stewartville; mother, Gail Fieck; five siblings, Tony Fieck (Shelley) of Mira Lama, CA, Dana Fieck of Grand Meadow, Linda Milburn (Scott) of St. Charles, MN, Michelle Fieck of Longwood, FL and Alan Fieck of Grand Meadow; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded by father, William Fieck; husband, Erik Jorgensen; and significant other, Jerome Kerrigan.

A Memorial Service for June will be Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 12:00p.m. in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home with Pastor Andrea Buck officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. the same day as the service. Burial will be held at a later date.

Condolences

The family of June Anne Jorgensen has received the following condolences.

We would like to send our condolences to the other members of June's family, her coworkers and friends. We thank everyone so much for their wonderful words and wish that we could have been there.

I am very sorry for your loss. It is my prayer that you all may find comfort in your shared memories and in our promised future. John 5:28,29

June was truly a wonderful person, always willing to help and share her knowledge. My deepest sympathies go out to her family during this difficult time. June will be greatly missed!

Jennifer, Christopher and family... My deepest condolences for your loss. I am so grateful to have known June. I will always remember her as a spunky, hard working woman who cared deeply about her family and co-workers. You will be in my prayers.

Dear Kraft family:

Moms/ Grandmas are one of those constants in life, like gravity or the sun coming up, so when they're gone the world changes.  Sorry for the devastating pain and loss that you and your family now endure that leaves your hearts so heavy with grief.  There will be a new normal in your life now. Remember the happy times and choose happy sorrow.  So sorry for your loss.

My thoughts are with June's family and her Keller Williams family.  June and I had a bond as office managers.  Even though we worked at different companies we would often pick up the phone to bounce ideas off each other, assist each other and always share a laugh or two.  I will miss not having her as a go-to person.  She was a gem!

June will be greatly missed at our KW family!  She was our rock and source of knowledge, she was the lighthearted purveyor of doing things the right way.  She was dedicated to her KW family.  We know she was even more so with her own family.  "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted."  Matthew 5:4.  God bless you June!  Send us wisdom from above!

I worked with June for many years as a service provider and I will always remember her pleasant and humorous demeanor, regardless of whom she was working for (since I knew her through a number of different positions for different agents and companies).  I know she found a home at KW, and everyone loved her.  So sorry for your loss.

June will be missed so much!  So glad for the opportunity to have worked with her.  My sincere condolences to her family!  Pete Dokken

I am so sorry for your loss.  June was a wonderful woman who was always ready to help at any time.  She was understanding of all our quirks and had a great sense of humor about everything.  I hope the great memories you have of her will sustain you (and hopefully bring a smile) in these tough times.

To June's family, I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mom/Grandma was an amazing woman. She was so caring & giving. She loved talking about her family & she will be deeply missed.  I pray that you find peace. Please know that Jesus is here for you & that He has you all wrapped in His arms. He can & will help you through this season of life. All of you are in my thoughts & prayers.

With Deepest Sympathy,

Sue Mravik, KW Agent
