Condolences

The family of Gordon “Gordy” H. Quimby has received the following condolences.

Though I know that this is a difficult time for you, my hope is that you will be comforted from God's inspired word the Bible.  John 5:28,29 and Revelation 21: 3,4 gives hope of a future resurrection and the complete elimination of death, pain and mourning. Under Jesus' kingdom rule we have this and much more to look forward to. Please accept my deepest condolences.

I recently read of your loss and wanted to express my deepest sympathy. There is hope for our dead loved ones found in the Bible. Job 14:14 contains the question "If a man dies, can he live again?" Maybe you have asked that question before. The answer to that question is found at John 5:28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his (Jesus) voice and come out." So the answer to that question found in Job 14:14 is YES, if a man dies he can live again. What a wonderful hope that we have, Jehovah God will soon make his promise of paradise come true. We can trust that what Jehovah God says will come true because he is a God" who cannot lie" (Titus 1:2).

Mary & family,

The lord must have needed the best body man around. Rest in peace Gordy.
